    I’ve just purchased and am running Call Flow Manager 1.5 for the first time. I had previously used beta versions with no problems.

    I’m getting an error pop up saying “An unhandled exception just occurred: Already exists” when trying to start it. Any suggestions?

    Havent seen that particular error before so difficult to say without the logs. Could you log a ticket here – https://theucguys.com/support-tickets/ – and attached the logs please. I assume you are getting past licence activation and app main window is opening?
