    Any chance this will work with online Call Queues at any point?

    It is definitely up for discussion. My initial thoughts were that the O365 tools were pretty good and didn’t need much enhancement. One area where we could be of use is in the migration from On-Premise RGS to Call Queues. Also, the clone feature may be handy. What value do you see in Call Flow Manager being able to manage the O365 Call Queues?

    I think it would be great especially migrating from OP RGS to online.
