Hi UC Guys,

i am currently evaluating the Call Flow designer. It looks like a great tool as you only need one GUI to manage all RGS features, but it would be even better if there were a few other features available/included.
From my point of view the following features are currently missing (or version 1.9 is not working correctly):

– add “drill down” function from one ttem to next item (Example: If you are on the “Call Flow Designer” tab, it would be great, if you could directly switch to the configured groups in the selected workflow (and so on))
– add tab with graphical flow chart of RGS including drill down function to specific item
– enable search function to also search for groups
– currently the search function only shows found items, but it does not switch to the found item if you select it.

Please consider implementing these as it would make the work with the call flow manager even more efficient.

I read the article at https://mailchi.mp/4a86fea24d31/issues-starting-call-flow-manager

I logged into my account and downloaded the latest version. I copied over all files except
Config.dat – this contains licence information. Its best not to delete or overwrite this, or you’ll need to re-enter your licence key
CallFlowManager.UI.exe.config – this contains application configuration. It’s best not to overwrite this so you don’t loose any configuration changes you have made

Gets past the check license but then says activation was unsuccessful. Please check your details and try again.

I checked my API keys and verified they are correct. I verified the email is correct and the software title. In fact they were pre filled from the previous version running and not overwriting the config.dat file.

I verified in my account that the API key is correct. I have 2 CFM4 and CFM1. I verified I copied over the CFM1 download.

Need help not able to access product any longer and really need to update call flow for a client as soon as possible due to issues/errors

I’ve downloaded CFM1.7.1 onto a Windows Server 2016 server with Skype for Business 2016 with CU534, but also having the same problem on start up that it complains about not being able to connect to https://theucguys.com

I’ve changed the set-executionpolicy, and I tried running As Administrator and without.

Starting the CFM takes a really long time or just hangs completely. After the CFM screen comes up, and is “Loading workflows, please wait…” after 9-10 seconds it stops spinning and the window is hung.

If I changed from Call Flow Designer to Logs maybe within the first 9 seconds before it hangs, it seems to work.

Hi,

Im having issues with upload holidays that have the 2018 year. it comes up with an error saying error in date.

Also in the next version, would there be a way to upload a csv to add to the current holiday set?

The above error message may be a result of the following:

    – You haven’t installed the Local Configuration Store – this is step 1 of the Lync/SfB deployment wizard. Querying Response Group information requires this component to be installed
    – A Front End server is not reachable

I can open the app fine with no error and all the other tabs seem to work and have the save option. But when I am on the Call Flow Designer tab the save button is grayed out not clickable. It does not matter what I click on or any of the information that I change. Any ideas what is causing this?

I’ve just purchased and am running Call Flow Manager 1.5 for the first time. I had previously used beta versions with no problems.

I’m getting an error pop up saying “An unhandled exception just occurred: Already exists” when trying to start it. Any suggestions?

We are having an issue running this to test it. We are running on a test server in our production environment, a Windows 2018 server that has Lync Core Components installed and has access to our Lync environment. When we attempt to install on this server, we get the following error:

“An Internet connection is required to validate your license. Please make sure that you can access https://theucguys.com, and try again.”

None of our servers in the production environment are allowed by security policy to have Internet access via port 80 or 445. Is there a way to overcome this issue?
