When attempting to update groups in the Call Flow Manager, no matter whether I have text in the description field or not, saving doesn’t complete. It says:
ERROR::PS:SetCsRgsAgentGroup.ps1:Exception Setting “Description”:”Description must have a length of at least 1.” Once I update the description in the S4B Web Console it detects it and works fine.
Sorry about the delay, I wasn’t alerted to the post. I am aware of this issue, and it will be resolved in the next version by making the field required. For a yet unknown reason, PowerShell doesn’t not allow the description to be blank once it has been set for the first time. As you correctly describe, the native UI does not have this issue.
