My initial thoughts were that the O365 tools were pretty good and didn’t need much enhancement. One area where we could be of use is in the migration from On-Premise RGS to Call Queues. Also, the clone feature may be handy. What value do you see in Call Flow Manager being able to manage the O365 Call Queues?

No sweat! Our licence manager doesn’t make it all that obvious because it doesn’t use the default “Downloads” page. If you go to “My Account” you’ll see “API Licences” where you can manage your activations, and “API Downloads” where you can download any of our products that require a licence (only Call Flow Manager at this stage).
